Ah well, again the Americans poke the hornet's nest with a sharp stick...
Megaupload, the popular free file distribution website has been taken offline by the FBI etc.
Anonymous has responded appropriately.
As usual the news sources aren't what I'd call filled with reliable information, there's a lot of talk about them making money from illegal content, what's the bets that turns out to be pages with ads that also contain a list (generated by software) of top downloaded files?
Bear in mind if SOPA/PIPA pass (and they are far from dead, they've suffered a temporary setback), we won't even have the limited due process afforded Megaupload in this case...
